A cannabis farm containing over 1,000 plants was discovered in Bradford.
Police raided a property in Manningham after receiving a tip off it was being used for producing drugs.
They found plants in various stages of growth spread out over multiple rooms with large amounts of equipment, including heating systems and fans.
Forensic enquiries are ongoing and officers are attempting to find the people responsible for the operation.
