Shahid Kapoor will be seen playing Deepika Padukone's husband in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Padmavati'.
Recent reports suggest that the actor is reluctant to shoot intimate scenes with Deepika. The actor who recently became a father doesn't want to indulge in any kind of intimacy onscreen.
A source revealed, "Though they play husband and wife they won't have any love-making scenes in the film, let alone a kiss. Shahid who is settled in his personal life wasn't comfortable with the intimate scenes as he didn't know how Mira will react. Bhansali and Shahid had a chat and decided to do away with some really steamy scenes that were planned."
While there were rumours that Deepika and Ranveer will romance in a dream sequence, looks like Shahid has completely backed out from doing intimate scenes. More or less, the decision must have made Mira Kapoor really happy!
