The first song from the upcoming film O’Romeo has been unveiled, offering a deeply emotional glimpse into the film’s intense and unrequited love story starring Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri.
Filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala has unveiled the first song from his upcoming film O’Romeo, following a teaser that created strong anticipation for the project.
Titled Hum To Tere Hi Liye The, the song offers a tender and emotionally charged look into the film’s central love story. While the teaser presented a raw and intense glimpse of the film’s gritty world, the song reveals a softer, more vulnerable side, focusing on restrained emotions and unspoken longing.
Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri share a striking on-screen chemistry, portrayed through silences, subtle glances and moments of emotional distance. Their performances capture the pain and purity of unrequited love, giving the song an intimate and heartfelt resonance.
Set against the brooding backdrop of O’Romeo, the song creates a powerful emotional contrast. The music, composed by Vishal Bhardwaj, carries his signature depth, while lyrics by the legendary Gulzar add poetic elegance. Sung by Arijit Singh, the track lingers with the ache of love remembered and love lost. The music for the film is presented by T-Series.
O’Romeo is presented by Sajid Nadiadwala and produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. Directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, the film is set for release during Valentine’s Week on 13 February 2026 through Marudhar Entertainment and Funasia Films.
