A Yorkshire photographer has won an award for the world’s best photo of an apple.
Richard Perry from Leeds was named the winner for his photograph ‘Keeps the Doctor Away’ at the Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year 2017 awards ceremony yesterday, 25 April.
He received a trophy and a cheque for £1,000.
Sally Robinson from Bradford was also acclaimed, with her photograph ‘From Banana Bread to Macarons’ making the finalists’ shortlist in the Food Bloggers category.
