A woman has been arrested after a man died following a fire at a house in Leeds this morning, 27 April.
At 3.20am police were contacted by the fire service attending the incident at the property on Harehills Lane.
A man found at the address was treated by firefighters and paramedics but was pronounced dead at the scene.
A 28-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter and production of cannabis after the remains of a cannabis growing set-up were found at the property.
Police have said that investigations are continuing at the property and the causes of both the fire and the man’s death are yet to be determined.
