Three men have been jailed for their part in the transfer of over £32,000 of criminal money.
Mohammed Khan, 41, and his brother Khalid Khan, 39, both of Park View Road, Heaton, along with Sajid Khan, 47, of Thorpe Road, Walsall, were sentenced for transferring criminal property at Bradford Crown Court yesterday (22 February).
Bags of cash related to the supply of Class A drugs were found by police in the footwell of Sajid Khan’s car as he was travelling back from Bradford, where he met the other two defendants, back to Birmingham.
Mohammed Khan was sentenced to 19 months imprisonment, Khalid Khan was sentenced to 16 months and Sajid Khan was handed a 13-month jail term.
