A man has been charged following the death of a woman as a result of a collision on Dewhirst Road in Rochdale.
Jack Charles Thomas, 19 and from Mountside Close in Rochdale, has been charged with causing the death of Talaina Hussain by dangerous driving.
He has been bailed to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Tuesday 11 July 2017.
At around 9.30pm on Monday 14 November 2016, police were called to reports of a collision involving a green Peugeot 206 and a wall on Dewhirst Road in Syke.
Emergency services attended and the front seat passenger of the car, 18-year-old Talaina, was taken to hospital where she sadly died two days later.
