29 men and women appeared in Kirklees Magistrates Court charged with sexual offences today, 12 April 2017.
The accused have been charged with dozens of historic offences against girls aged 11 to 17 in the Huddersfield area.
West Yorkshire Police have said that the men face charges including rape, trafficking with intent to engage in sexual exploitation, sexual activity with a child, child neglect, child abduction, supply of Class A drugs and possession and making of indecent images of children.
Two women are also charged with child neglect.
