'Shah Rukh Khan plays the toughest role in Zero,' says director Aanand L Rai

Shah Rukh Khan is all set to impress us in a never seen before avatar that of a dwarf in Aanand L Rai's directorial Zero.

Bollywood Life writes how the film, which will mark the reunion of King Khan with his Jab Tak Hai Jaan co-stars Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif, will be releasing on December 21, 2018. Anushka will be playing the role of a scientist whereas Katrina will play SRK's love interest in Zero. As of now the film is in post-production phase. Recently while talking to Mid-Day, the man of the ship, Aanand revealed how tedious it was for Shah Rukh Khan to pull off his role.

"The film and Khan saab surprised me. When I saw it recently, I wondered how I managed it. Zero was tough for me as a director, but even more so for Khan saab. This is his toughest role. It drained him physically and mentally. He could not afford to slip even for a second," he said. Now, this has raised our curiousness to watch the film ASAP. But since it is not happening anytime soon, all we can do is keep calm.
