Detectives are appealing for witnesses after an armed robbery in Lockwood, in Huddersfield.
The incident happened on Tuesday 9 August between 11:30 and 11:45 in the North Street area of Lockwood.
The male victim had just got home and was getting out of his car when one of the suspects approached him with what he believed to be a handgun. The suspect demanded money from the victim.
Fearing for his safety, the victim handed over his bag which contained over £1,000 and a mobile phone.
A second male was standing nearby as a look out.
Both suspects ran off through a garden on North Street.
The first suspect is described as an Asian male, 5ft 9", slim build and in his early 20's.
The second suspect is described as around 5ft 9", slim build and wearing a balaclava.
Detective Constable Kris Roberts of Huddersfield CID, said: "This was a terrifying incident for the victim who was threatened with what is believed to be a handgun. Thankfully he was not injured during his ordeal, but is very shaken up."
"I would like to appeal to anyone who was in the area at the time who may have witnessed this incident or recognise the descriptions of the two suspects."
