Usmaa Choudry is based in Altrincham and combines being a mother of three wild children with running 
her wedding cake and cookie business - Bollycakes. 

Usmaa likes to spend what little spare time she has reading as much as she can and going to the theatre
and cinema. She also has an unhealthy obsession with space flight.

Most embarrassing moment: My parents had guests. I was a teenager and walked in with a tray of tea. As I walked in I tripped in front of everyone and spilled everything!!
