New research by Optimum Nutrition finds that only 1 in 20 (5%) of Brits say they are in their dream job. Despite so few people being happy in their jobs, many are worried about changing their careers. One industry allegedly showing positive growth is nutrition.
On the line to talk to us about making a positive career change and the world of nutrition we were joined by Nicola Moore, Head of Clinics at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition. She was alongside Clemmie and Mike, who have both taken a leap of faith and retrained to become nutritional therapists.
