A man has been arrested in relation to an alleged hate crime against Raheem Sterling.
It is claimed the Manchester City winger was racially abused and attacked on Saturday 16 December after arriving at the club’s training ground.
Greater Manchester Police a 29-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of racially aggravated assault and are treating the case as a hate crime.
City are yet to comment on the matter.
