Teenager killed in Karachi shooting

A teenager was killed and a man injured when attackers opened fire on a car in Karachi.

The incident took place in the Do Darya area of the city on Sunday 3 December, when, according to police, there was a minor accident involving two vehicles.

It is believed that shortly after the accident the occupants of one of the vehicles began shooting at the car containing the victims.

An 18-year-old was pronounced dead at hospital and a 20-year-old sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Raids were carried out based on CCTV footage and four suspects were arrested.
