A man has been arrested after a guest at a pre-wedding party was shot dead in India.
Police said Ashok Khosla fired shots into the air from a revolver on Saturday 10 February to celebrate his daughter's upcoming wedding in the Punjab region.
His neighbour Sakshi Arora, 22, was on her terrace when a bullet hit her in the forehead, killing her on the spot.
A case has also been lodged against another guest, who allegedly fired a rifle.
