An Indian airline has issued an apology following an altercation with a passenger.
Footage emerged online on Monday, 7 November, of a man being tackled by staff of IndiGo on the tarmac at Delhi airport, sparking public outcry on social media.
Local reports say the passenger, identified as Rajiv Katiyal, was overpowered by two employees of the airline after an argument erupted.
A spokesperson for the company issued an apology on Twitter, describing the incident as “out of line”.
