At least four people have been killed when a building collapsed in Mumbai.
A four-storey residential building collapsed in the Ghatkopar area this morning, 25 July.
A three-month child is believed to be one of the fatalities. It is still unclear how many others have been injured and it is believed the death toll may rise as more people are rescued from the debris.
Local sources say around 12 families lived in the building, which also housed a private hospital on the ground floor.
Residents of the building have speculated that the collapse may have been caused by repair work being carried out on the hospital.
