At least 10 people were killed when a passenger bus and tractor collided in Pakistan.
At least 23 others were also injured during the incident in Punjab's Layyah district this morning, 5 July.
Police officials said the bus was carrying passengers from Karachi when the crash occurred due to speeding.
It is believed women and children are among the 10 killed in the accident.
The injured were taken to nearby hospitals soon after the incident, four of them in a critical condition.
Witnesses reported that some passengers were travelling on the roof of the bus.
According to figures from the Pakistan Bureau of Statistics around 9,000 road accidents are reported to the police every year since 2011, killing more than 4,500 people on average.
