After a long day at work, the home should be a haven, yet over a third of British workers (36%) find running their home is as, or more, stressful than their day job.
According to the ‘UK Happy Home Study 2018’, conducted by YouGov for home management site Hoppy, 40% of the nation are stressed out about their household to-do list.
On the line to talk through the research and discuss how to curb household stress is Dr. Linda Papadopoulos, a chartered psychologist, and Richard Longmore, a Hoppy Managing Partner.
