Jade Jones wins World Taekwondo Grand Prix Final

Britain’s Jade Jones won the World Taekwondo Grand Prix Final in Ivory Coast.

It is the double Olympic champion’s second successive World Grand Prix Final title, defeating Spain’s Marta Calvo-Gomez 26-7 in a dominant display.

The Welsh fighter will end 2017 as the -57kg world number one.

She spoke to BBC Sport following her victory in the end-of-season competition, reflecting on changes to coaching personnel: "It feels amazing to finish on a high. All the changes are hard and the whole team has had a lot to cope with but we're strong as a group and have to keep pushing, so it's nice to be back on top."
