GB bobsleigh star suffers stroke

    A member of Great Britain’s bobsleigh team has suffered a minor stroke which has ruled him out of the upcoming Winter Olympics in South Korea.

    Bruce Tasker, 30, was taken to hospital after experiencing dizziness and nausea. The Welshman is expected to make a full recovery.

    He was due to compete in his second Olympic games in Pyeongchang and had won World Cup bronze at Park City, Utah in November along with Bradley Hall, Greg Cackett and Joel Fearon.
