Celebs grace the special screening of Anubhav Sinha’s Thappad

Taapsee Pannu is preparing for the release of her next movie Thappad, directed by Anubhav Sinha

A story of a woman who reconsiders her marriage after her husband slaps her in front of a group of people at a party; the trailer has been receiving tremendous response for its approach on domestic violence.

The creators of the film held a special screening for the film last night. In attendance were celebrities such as Jim Sarbh, Alaya Furniturewala, Anurag Kashyap along with the cast of the movie Taapsee Pannu, Pavail Gulati, Ratna Pathak Shah, Tanvi Azmi, Dia Mirza with Anubhav Sinha.

Produced by Anubhav Sinha and Bhushan Kumar, Thappad releases in cinemas 28th February 2020 and is distributed by Cinestaan AA Distributors.
