Tiger Shroff‘s Baaghi 2 is doing great business at the box office.
It has already finished a week at the theatres and has managed to earn a massive Rs 112.85 crore. The trend of the film in the first week has been brilliant. Taran Adarsh revealed the numbers saying, “Fri 25.10 cr, Sat 20.40 cr, Sun 27.60 cr, Mon 12.10 cr, Tue 10.60 cr, Wed 9.10 cr, Thu 7.95 cr. Total: Rs 112.85 cr. India biz.”
As you can see, the numbers even on weekdays have been really good. The fact that Baaghi 2 got the widest release with 3500 screens in India, gave Tiger’s film the boost it needed. This is his widest release ever which only worked in the film’s favour.
Baaghi 2’s insane numbers have also started a debate as to why Tiger's movies Munna Michael and A Flying Jatt couldn’t make the cut.
The answer is simple – the action in Baaghi 2 is something people have rarely seen in films. Plus, it’s a part of a series. Clearly, there is certain expectation people levy on the Baaghi franchise. Hence the numbers!
