A woman has been arrested in connection with a shooting in Bolton.
The 52-year-old was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder in Keighley, West Yorkshire, on Sunday 9 September.
The arrest is in relation to an incident were shots were fired at the front door of a home on Eastwood Close at around 10.30pm on Thursday 6 September 2018.
Two men wearing black clothes fired several times at the door before running away.
A woman was in her bedroom at the time but was uninjured.
Detective Inspector Neil Lawless, from GMP’s Bolton CID, said: “Detectives have been carrying out extensive enquiries since this incident and have made one arrest so far.
“Our investigation will continue and I’m continuing to appeal to the community and further afield for any further information.
“In particular, if you saw two men acting suspiciously in the area at the time of the attack.”
