A 20-year-old, who was attacked on a night out, has been left with a fractured eye socket, blurred vision and permanent damage to his retina.
The incident which took place on the 25th of August, in a local Huddersfield nightclub saw Peter Colitas attacking Connor Neville after an argument broke between the two regarding a pair of shoes.
Colitas pleaded guilty to unlawfully and maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm.
The 29-year-old will be sentenced at Leeds Crown Court on the 8th of February.
