Two teenagers charged with murdering a Birstall man outside a factory have had a provisional trial date being set for this summer following their first appearance at Crown Court.
Kiyran Earnshaw, aged 18, of Field Lane, Batley, and a 15-year-old boy, who cannot be named due to his age, appeared before Leeds Crown Court over the death of 53-year-old Robert Wilson.

Both defendants are charged with murder and possessing an offensive weapon.
Earnshaw is also charged with wounding with intent and possession of a bladed article in relation to a 39-year-old man who suffered injuries in the same incident.
A plea and trial preparation hearing has been listed for April, with a provisional trial date being listed for July 13.
