Greater Manchester Police are hunting three teenagers over an assault in Chorlton.
Shortly before 9.00pm on 5 November, police were called to reports of an assault in an alleyway between Warwick Road South and Oswald Road.
A 57-year-old man had been walking through the passage when he saw what was either three teenagers or men in their early 20s at the other end of the alley.
When passing he was pushed from behind and fell on the cobbled stones of the path.
He was taken to hospital for treatment of his extensive head injuries and has since been released.
