Detectives have charged three men following the death of a man who was found at a house in Wakefield last week.
Police were called to reports of a fire at a house on Brighton Street on Friday 6 September, where the man was found deceased.
He has been named as 42-year-old Jonathan Dews, from Batley.
Scott Crutchley, 24, of Westgate, Wakefield, Jordan Metcalfe, 24, of Fairland Avenue in Pontefract and Nathan Redmond, 21, of Brighton Street, Wakefield, were all arrested in connection with the incident and now have been charged with murder.
The three men appeared at Leeds Magistrates court earlier this morning.
