Police are appealing for witnesses after shots were fired at a house on Middleton Road in Crumpsall.
At 2.00am on Wednesday 7 March police were called to reports of a firearm discharge.
Armed officers attended and two bullet holes were found in the front door of the house.
Following further investigation it was revealed that the incident had happened at around 12.30am.
A scene was put in place and Greater Manchester Police are now appealing for information.
