A teenage boy broke a man’s jaw in an unprovoked attack in Huddersfield.
Police are now appealing for information following the serious assault.
The incident happened on Wednesday 21 June at around 4:30pm.
The victim, a 20-year-old male was at Greenhead Park with friends and listening to music. A male suspect approached the victim and became verbally abusive towards him.
The suspect then kicked the victim on the head before fleeing the scene.
The victim suffered a broken jaw and was taken to hospital for urgent medical treatment.
The suspect is described as an Asian male, aged 14, 5ft 6in, medium build, with short brown hair. He was carrying a black school bag and school kit.
