Major road resurfacing work is taking place between July and early August on Manningham Lane and Queens Road.
Sections of both roads will be closed while the work is being carried out and drivers are being advised to avoid the area and use alternative routes.
The work on Manningham Lane (A650), between Walmer Villas and Oak Lane, will start on Sunday 10 July and will be carried out for five consecutive Sundays between 7.30am and 7pm. The road will be closed in both directions on 10 and 24 July with a diversion route via Marlborough Road/Church Street/St Mary's Road/Oak Lane and vice versa.
Queens Road (A6177) is being resurfaced between Manningham Lane and Station Road from Tuesday 19 July to Wednesday 27 July, Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 7pm. Traffic will be controlled by temporary traffic lights. Queens Road will be closed on Sundays 17 July and 7 August.
