London: City of London police officer appears in court
Daniel Condon, 35, from Barnet in London, has been charged with two counts of rape and one count of ABH following an incident on 14 May 2022 in Staines-upon-Thames.
Condon is a serving City of London officer and on Friday 5th January entered a plea of not guilty at Guildford Crown Court. His trial has been set to begin on 3 February 2025.
