A 26-year-old woman who died following an altercation in a town centre has been named by police.
Levi Ogden, from Elland, was pronounced dead in hospital after being found seriously injured in Silver Street in Halifax at around 2.15am on Sunday.
Following the incident, West Yorkshire Police confirmed a 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody while enquiries remain ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding her death.
The police said Ms Ogden had been found unconscious following an altercation.
Forensic experts examined the scene and detectives carried out inquiries on Sunday.
