Police in Manchester are appealing for witnesses after a mass fight broke out between 14 men, some carrying machetes and golf clubs, in a petrol station forecourt.
One man suffered serious injuries to his face after being attacked with a large blade, but did not seek medical treatment and fled from the scene when police arrived according to a GMP spokeswoman. In fact when officers arrived, all the men had fled from the scene and no arrests were made. The fight started at the Esso petrol station in Cheetham Hill Road, Cheetham Hill, shortly before 3pm on Monday afternoon.
Police are now appealing to witnesses to come forward.
