A woman is in a critical condition following a collision in Hyde.
Shortly before 6pm on Tuesday 8 November 2016, police were called to reports of a collision involving a blue Citroen Xsara Picasso and a pedestrian on Kendal Avenue, Hyde.
Emergency services attended and a 20-year-old woman was taken to hospital with head injuries where she remains in a critical condition.
Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision to get in touch.
Police Constable Paul Shore of GMP’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said: “Sadly, a woman has been left in a serious condition so I’d like to stress the importance that anyone who witnessed the collision should contact us as soon as possible."
“I’d also like to ask those with dashcam footage to get in contact.”
