GPs in Bradford have been struggling with an ongoing IT issue, which began over two weeks ago.
The computers which process patient records failed after a problem with air conditioning at a data centre and have been stopping and starting ever since.
The local Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) said: "Our IT provider is working closely with independent experts to resolve the situation as soon as possible."
The CCG is asking people to be patient with GP practice staff while they deal with these issues and it says it's working round the clock to fix the problems by Monday.
