Officers want to trace a man after robberies in Salford

Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a man after officers released footage of a mannequin challenge.

Roger Bosion is wanted in connection with two robberies in Salford. The 22-year-old was arrested when his car was stopped in Manchester city centre and he was found in possession of mobile phones connected to robberies in Salford on Monday the 14th of November 2016.

Bosion was bailed pending further enquiries however, he failed to return.

An examination of one of the phones revealed footage of two mannequin challenges that happened before and after the robberies took place.

Officers released the footage of the mannequin challenge and have since arrested a 17-year-old boy and two men aged 19 and 20 on suspicion of robbery. They have all been bailed pending further enquiries.

Detective Constable Al Barker of GMP’s Salford Borough, said: “Thanks to the public’s help, we have been able to make a lot of progress with the investigation however, our efforts to trace Bosion have not yet been successful. I’d like to stress how important it is for people to come forward with any information that would lead to his arrest.”

Anyone with information should contact police on 101.
