Officers investigating a robbery have made an arrest.

At around 3.10pm on the 15^th of December 2016, police were called to Kingsway, Burnage to reports that a woman had been robbed.

Officers launched an investigation and a 33-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of robbery. She has been bailed pending further enquiries.

Police Constable Ian Roberts of GMP’s City of Manchester Team, said: “I’d like to thank the members of the public who have helped us with our investigation and the information received has enabled us to further our investigation.”

Anyone with information that will help our investigation is asked to contact police on 101.
