Bus users looking to plan a journey, find out when their next bus is departing or even when their bus service is changing can now access all the information they need on new interactive Information Points at staffed bus stations across West Yorkshire.
Installed by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, the touch screen Information Points will make it easier for customers to access the latest travel information for getting to and from work, home or leisure opportunities across the county.
In addition to departure times and the journey planner, customers can also access information on latest timetable changes or find the phone number of the lost property department of the local bus operator.
The Information Points are now ready to use at Bradford, Castleford, Dewsbury, Halifax, Huddersfield, Keighley, Leeds and Pontefract bus stations. Just look out for the tall, Metro branded, navy blue electronic touchscreen machines with an information logo on the top.
