Two men have been charged following a stabbing in Manchester city centre.
Thomas Cowley, 44, of St George’s Court, Manchester and John Mulhall, 40, of Ringstead Drive, Manchester have both been charged with attempted murder.
They were remanded in custody and appeared at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court yesterday, 28 November.
The charges relate to an incident on Saturday 25 November when police received a call that a man had been assaulted in Piccadilly Gardens. A man in his 30s suffered multiple stab wounds.
