A Shipley man is being hunted by police in connection with an assault on a woman in Bradford.
20-year-old Ryan John Surtees is said to have committed the offence in the BD8 area on the 30th of October.
Police enquiries have been carried out to get hold of Surtees who has the letters RS tattooed on his neck, has a Yorkshire accent, slim and 5ft 7ins tall
Surtees has links to the Allerton and Lower Grange areas of Bradford.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police has stated that “Surtees is not believed to pose a threat to the public” and urges anyone who knows of his whereabouts to contact the police on 101.
