Man with neck tattoo wanted by police for assault on woman

A Shipley man is being hunted by police in connection with an assault on a woman in Bradford.

20-year-old Ryan John Surtees is said to have committed the offence in the BD8 area on the 30^th of October.

Police enquiries have been carried out to get hold of Surtees who has the letters RS tattooed on his neck, has a Yorkshire accent, slim and 5ft 7ins tall

Surtees has links to the Allerton and Lower Grange areas of Bradford.

A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police has stated that “Surtees is not believed to pose a threat to the public” and urges anyone who knows of his whereabouts to contact the police on 101.
