Police in Dewsbury are appealing for information after a man was assaulted in Caulms Wood.
The incident happened on Sunday (13 March), between 7 and 7:30pm; a 19-year-old man was walking his dog through the woods and was approached by three Asian males.
The victim was assaulted and as he made his way home he found a small puncture wound on his body.
The first suspect is described as Asian male in his early 20's, stocky build, and wearing a dark hooded tops.
The other two suspects are described as being in their late teens, average build and also wearing dark hooded tops.
DC Simon Thomas, of Kirklees CID, said: "I would like to urge anyone who saw these three suspects in the area on Sunday or saw anything suspicious to come forward to assist with the investigation.
"Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact myself via 101 quoting reference 13160111054."
