Police are appealing for information after a man was tasered during a robbery in Wilsden in which a car was stolen.
At about 9.10pm yesterday, a 47-year-old man was parking his white VW Golf R car at his address in St Matthew's Grove, when a silver Vauxhall Vectra pulled up behind him.
Four men in dark clothing and believed to be carrying weapons then got out of the Vectra and made demands for the man to get out of his car.
The man got out of his car and threw the keys towards the suspects.
One of the suspects then tasered the man before the cars drove off.
The man was not injured.
It is believed they went towards Royd Street.
One of the suspects is described as being about six feet tall and of slim build. He had short cropped hair and was carrying what was believed to be a machete.
Another is described as being shorter, around 5ft 8ins tall. He was also believed to be carrying a machete.
Detective Inspector Matt Walker, of Bradford District CID, said:
"We are keen to speak to anyone who may have seen the Vectra shortly before this incident, or either vehicle in the Wilsden area shortly after it occurred.”
