Emergency services were called out to reports that a man had been stabbed on a street in Baildon.
The incident took place near to the Baildon Green Convenience Store, just off Cliffe Lane West, at 12:06pm on Wednesday 31 October.
A man, believed to be in his 20s, was taken to Leeds General Infirmary. A witness reported seeing a car pulling up swiftly before leaving after the incident.
Road closures were put in place as police began enquiries, which are continuing.
