A man has been jailed after chasing his victim through a park with a knife in Bradford.
Sime Kamal chased Muhammad Ali with a lock knife through Lister Park, whilst carrying a second knife in a bag, on 27 June.
Bradford Crown Court heard how Kamal threatened to slice Ali and make him “into a cheeseburger”.
Kamal’s defence said that he suffered from depression, anxiety and some paranoia.
The 20-year-old was sentenced to 14 months in a young offender institution, suspended for two years, for threatening behaviour and possession of a knife.
He was also ordered to carry out 180 hours of unpaid work and complete 20 days of rehabilitation activity.
