A man has been sent for trial at Bolton Crown Court later this month accused of blackmailing boxer Amir Khan.
27 year old Hamza Din, is alleged to have made an ‘unwarranted demand with menaces’ of money from Khan (pictured) on March 27 in Middlesborough.
The case was sent to Bolton Crown Court and Din of Old Dryburn Way, in Durham, and previously of Marton-in-Cleveland in Cleveland remains on unconditional bail until the hearing there on October 31.
