A man died following a house fire in Baildon.
Fire crews were called to an address in Central Avenue, Baildon, just before 02.30am yesterday morning 19 December.
A neighbour was alerted to the fire by their own smoke alarm sounding and called the Fire Service.
Crews extinguished a small fire in the kitchen and gave emergency first aid to a 70-year-old man at the address however he sadly later died.
