Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision between a car and a pedestrian in Crossflatts.
At about 7.30pm on Tuesday (11th October) a blue Hyundai i10 was travelling along Keighley Road towards Riddlesden, when it was in collision with a 51-year-old man close to the junction with Micklethwaite Lane.
The pedestrian suffered serious injuries and was rushed to hospital in a critical condition but he has since sadly died from his injuries.
The car driver, a 74-year-old man, was spoken to at the scene by officers.
