A man has been charged with murder after a man was beaten to death with a baseball bat in Batley.
Ibrahim Mahetar, aged 35, of School Crescent, Dewsbury, has also been charged with assault.
The charge relates to an incident on Town Street at about 10.00pm on Friday 31 August, in which a 31-year-old man suffered head injuries which proved to be fatal.
