A man has been charged with the murder of a woman in Leeds.
On Monday 21 May police received a call raising concerns for a man and woman living at an address in Berkeley Mount, Harehills.
When they forced entry to the property they discovered the body of a woman and arrested a man at the scene.
West Yorkshire Police have confirmed that Peter Stalgis, 60, of Berkeley Mount, Harehills, has been charged in relation to the death of Angela Conoby, 55.
Mr Stalgis appeared at Leeds Magistrates’ Court this morning (23 May).
